SRAM X01 Eagle is an elite group set and sits second to only SRAM XX1. X01 Eagle is intended for all mountain and trail use and offers massive gains in performance over GX Eagle. This should be expected with the price tag being roughly twice as big. X01 Eagle offers superior shifting performance through an improved shifter and an upgraded cassette that we often see 2-4 times than that of GX Eagle For the serious rider, racer, or just anyone who does not want to sacrifice shifting performance we recommend X01 Eagle.
