COVID-19 Update

June 30th, 2020

Online Ordering & Shipping: All online operations are functioning as normal and shipping orders out on time. Please note most carriers are experiencing extremely high volume so some delays might occur during transit. Please review your tracking number directly through the carriers website for up to date information. 

Retail Stores: Both stores will have adjusted hours of operation until further notice. Both stores are now closed Sunday & Monday until conditions stabilize. 

Current Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 10AM - 6PM. Saturday 10AM - 5PM.

Online Ordering & Shipping: All online operations are fully operational. Orders are shipping out regularly and we have added expedited shipping options to those in need. We have seen an increase in orders so please be patient with response times via phone or email from our staff on customer service issues. 

Retail Stores: Washington State has deemed bicycle repair as an "essential" business so we remain open at both locations. However, we are focusing primarily on service oriented work with minimal retail staffing. In an effort to keep both ourselves and our customers safe, we are limiting the total number of customer inside to one.

Hours Change: 

Snoqualmie: Sundays Closed, All other days remain the same

Maple Valley: Sundays Closed, Weekdays 10AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-5PM


Please call us with any questions you have as most interactions can be solved via phone. In store visits should be limited to service pickup/dropoff or retail sales if you know exactly what you need. Please no browsing during this difficult time.

To our valued customers, we wanted to give you an update on the current operating conditions of our business. The safety and health of our employees, customers, and partners is in the front of our minds during this troubled time.

Online Order & Shipping: Online ordering is open and shipments are being processed as normal. We have added multiple expedited shipping options at the request of many customers to get them their orders as quickly as possible. We have removed the will-call option, all orders must be shipped at this time.

*Please note email response time might be delayed due to increased customer service requests. 

Retail Stores: Currently, both retail stores are open for business and are following best practice to eliminate any health concerns for our customers. Daily cleaning procedures have been increased to help keep you and your family safe. We are experiencing high traffic at times and are limiting the amount of customers in the store. We encourage all customers to CALL before coming to the store as most questions are easily answered over the phone.
