Northwest Bicycle current offers free exchanges. No restocking fees will be charged and shipping is paid by Northwest Bicycle on regular (non oversized) items.
Oversize/Bulky items include car racks, complete bicycles, wheels and wheelsets. If a request is received that included an oversized item, we will contact you to provide a shipping estimate.
A return label will be provided for your original item. If your item is not returned within 10 days of the receipt of your return label, you will be charged for the exchanged item.
Return labels will be provided via email. You must have a printer to print out the label.
If any balance is due (i.e. you are exchanging towards a more expensive item) we will email you an invoice to pay the remaining balance. A new order number will be created and the item will ship in 1-2 business days.
The item which you are exchanging for will not be sent until we receive your original item back.
