This time saving comes from the distinct aero shape, reduced tape on the tops, and full internal cable routing. And to accommodate a wider fit range, and further increase aerodynamics, they also have a 25mm rise that'll allow you to achieve a more powerful position, or lower you stem stack to become more slippery in the wind.
