The ECR fork features accommodations for a rack and fenders a set of Three-Pack cage mounts on each leg disc brake mounts and brake line guides. Constructed using the same 4130 CroMoly steel as Surly's frames and forks with an 1-1/8" steerer.Butted and tapered blades
