Built for the rigors of Enduro World Series racing FC-M9220 is the strongest XTR crankset ever produced. HOLLOWTECH II forging and a thicker steel spindle ensure this crank survives the burliest of impacts while optimizing rigidity and weight. Combined with the reinforced SM-CR96 direct-mount chainring (chainring sold separately) there is a specification of FC-M9220 for every enduro rider.
  • A thicker enduro-specific spindle raises the mark for durability and big-hit survivability
  • Shimano’s Hollowtech II hollow forging provides optimal weight stiffness and rigidity for Enduro riding and racing
  • An enduro-optimized 176mm Q-Factor brings race-feel familiarity while a 55mm chain line offers maxed-out frame compatibility
  • XTR M9220 cranks come standard with a steel 24mm spindle and are compatible with Shimano’s threaded and Press Fit bottom brackets (bottom bracket sold separately)
